I wanted to drop you note to let you know that our Zmesh system appears to be up and running and is performing according to expectation. It seems that it is going to be a great supplement to our forced air heat and make the floor and the room in general much more comfortable and livable. I must confess I was somewhat skeptical that it would not be efficient enough to do the job. Also, I thought the transformer would buzz. hum, and be noisy, but it is whisper quiet. If this initial phase is any indication of its long term operation and performance, it will only serve to reinforce our decision in having purchased the product.
I also want to thank you for the support and assistance that you provided and the invaluable technical help given by your staff. They should be given an award for their patience and problem solving insight into the needs and dilemmas I presented.
I intend to have our builder over to show him the system and perhaps recommend it to some of his customers that may have the same need, and to tell others around the lake.
Again, thanks and perhaps we may be in touch at some future time.
